Retail Eyes, the UK's leading provider of bespoke customer experience improvement programmes has been ranked 13th in the 2009 Deloitte Technology Fast 50 awards, an independent ranking of the UK's fastest growing technology companies. Rankings are based on average percentage growth over five years. Retail Eyes grew 3,295% during this period with revenues exceeding £6 million in 2008.

Through its world-class, proprietary technology, Retail Eyes has quickly established itself to be the market leader in providing over 80 of the country's best regarded retailers and service providers. Retail Eyes' clients gain real-time feedback from genuine customers to understand and improve the service being delivered as well as to measure the delivery of brand and operational standards.

Tim Ogle, Retail Eyes CEO, said: "I am delighted for the business and for the whole team in Milton Keynes. The rate of growth we've enjoyed over the past five years is very encouraging and has been achieved organically without private equity backing.

This prestigious Deloitte Technology Fast 50 award puts the spotlight on the entire team.  It is testament to every member of the team that they understand the value of delivering customer service excellence and in building solid relationships with clients at all levels that offer longevity and stability.

Innovation and technology are the mainstay of our business and help us deliver exceptional customer service improvement programmes to our clients. It's good to reflect on this success, but I am even more excited about the next five years and what we can achieve."

"Achieving sustained revenue growth of 3,295% over five years is a tremendous accomplishment during challenging times for the technology sector," said Rob Knight, Deloitte Technology partner for the South East. "Retail Eyes‘ exceptional growth puts it in select company."
