Click into "privacy" - make sure this is also on "medium".
If not, press "edit" then enter secure.retaileyes.co.uk, then "allow".


If you are using Internet Explorer on a Mac

Click into "Internet Explorer".
Click into "Explorer".
Click into "Preferences" option.
Scroll down to "Cookies".
Select the "Never Ask" option.


This is one possible reason that you might not be able to log on. If you have a firewall installed on your computer, it could also be this. If you switch it off, or allow the Retail Eyes site to store cookies, it could allow you to sign on. Please make sure that you are visiting the site www.retaileyes.co.uk because there are different sites for different regions.


We have recently upgraded our site, and as a result, your page could be setting itself to the old one. If you follow these steps, it should allow you in:

Click into Internet Explorer:
Click into "Tools".
Click into "Internet Options".
Click into "Security".
Click "Trusted Sites".
Then click "sites"
Add this website to the zone, and type "secure.retaileyes.co.uk"
Then click "add".
